The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
We had to switch rooms three times due to issues. The first room had a malfunctioning TV and water dripping from the closet. The bed was incredibly hard, and the overall maintenance was lacking.

I really loved how close everything was, with delicious tacos just a few steps away and the dentist only a short walk down the street, making my stay super convenient and enjoyable as a solo traveler exploring the area. The outdoor pool was fantastic for my kids! They really enjoyed swimming while I relaxed with a drink from the nearby café. The rooms were spacious enough for our large family, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
In my kids' opinion, our stay would have been better with a little playground or activity area for them to burn off energy.

The location was perfect—close to attractions, and the free shuttle made getting around easy. The free WiFi was a plus. We loved the on-site restaurant. the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Danny, really made our experience enjoyable. Rooms were clean, with great amenities.
One small downside was the hard beds. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but the overall stay was still enjoyable.
